304 stainless steel plate you do not know some knowledge
Where is the advantage of 304 stainless steel plate, how about the production process
Aug 08,2024
Stainless steel punching plate is divided into two categories: one is the steel mill in the production of stainless steel through the rolling mill, the main thickness of this kind of goods is about 3-6mm, is the state of annealing and pickling after hot rolling, the process is as follows: stainless steel billet → hot rolling mill rolling black roll → hot annealing and pickling line → flat machine, pull straightening machine, polishing line → cross cutting line → hot rolled 304 stainless steel pattern plate. This type of board is flat on one side and patterned on the other. This type of punching plate is more commonly used in chemical industry, railway vehicles, platforms and other occasions requiring strength. Such goods are mainly imported, generally from Japan and Belgium, and the domestic production of TISCO and Baosteel belongs to this type. The second type is the processing on the market, the purchase of hot-rolled or cold-rolled stainless steel plate from steel mills, the punching plate made by mechanical stamping, such goods are concave and convex on one side, often used in general civil decoration occasions. Such goods are cold-rolled more, 2B/BA cold-rolled 304 stainless steel pattern plate on the market. Because it has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and good processing performance, it is widely used in industry, industry and furniture decoration industry as well as the food industry. Specifically can be used for anti-theft Windows, stair handrails, guardrail, anti-theft doors, automobile exhaust pipes and so on.
Where is 304 stainless steel plate good
1.304 Stainless steel plate overall quality is good, with good corrosion resistance and heat resistance
2. It is made of imported steel,
3.304 Stainless steel plate has a high chromium content, and the surface of the general steel plate will be matte, which is not easy to rust.
