AISI/SAE 4340 Carbon Steel Bar

AISI 4340 alloy steel is a heat treatable low alloy steel containing chromium, nickel and molybdenum. It has high toughness and high strength under heat treatment conditions.

AISI/SAE 4140 Carbon Steel Bar

4140 is a 1% chromium-molybdenum medium hardenability general-purpose high-strength steel, usually hardened and tempered in the tensile range of 850-1000 Mpa (condition T). 4140 now have improved machinability, which greatly increases feed and/or speed, while extending tool life without affecting mechanical properties. The prehardening and tempering 4140 can be further case hardened by flame or induction hardening and nitriding.

AISI/SAE 4130 Carbon Steel Bar

4130 cold-rolled round bars provide some recognized weldability without affecting the wear and impact resistance of the steel, carbon steel 4130 bars also have excellent machining properties and can be heat treated. At the same time, it has high tensile strength and high yield strength.

AISI/SAE 1045 C45 Carbon Steel Bar

1045 is characterized by medium carbon, medium tensile strength steel, which has quite good strength, machinability and reasonable weldability under hot-rolled conditions. 1045 round steel can be provided with hot rolling, cold drawing, rough turning or turning and polishing. By cold-drawing the 1045 steel bar, the mechanical properties can be improved, the dimensional tolerance can be improved, and the surface quality can be improved.

AISI/SAE 1025 Carbon Steel Bar

1025 carbon steel is a steel that contains only carbon as its main alloying element. These steels also contain 0.4 percent silicon and 1.2 percent manganese. Small amounts of copper, nickel, molybdenum, aluminum and chromium can also be detected in carbon steel.

A36 Carbon Steel Bar

A36 is a low-carbon steel containing trace amounts of manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon and other elements such as copper. A36 has good weldability and high yield strength, and is the most specified structural steel plate by engineers. ASTM A36 is most commonly manufactured as a variety of structural steel parts. This grade is used for welded, bolted or riveted construction of bridges and buildings, as well as for general structural purposes. Due to its lowest yield point, A36 can be used to design lighter-weight structures and equipment, and provide good weldability.

AISI/SAE 1018 Carbon Steel Bar

AISI 1018 carbon steel round bars are made of carbon steel, and its composition includes carbon, chromium, manganese, molybdenum, phosphorus, sulfur and silicon. Carbon steel SAE1018 rods are commonly used for shafts, pins, rods, spindles, sprocket assemblies and a wide range of parts. The 1018 bar can be finely processed without any difficulty, and its chips are hard and continuous, so it can be processed into all shapes.

A105 Carbon Steel Ba

A105 is an ASTM specification for steel forgings, primarily for carbon steel forged pipe components. The type of carbon steel wrought alloy involved is a low carbon, manganese and silicon steel similar to the AISI 1330, but with a lower manganese content.

A572/S355JR Carbon Steel Bar

A572 steel bars are lightweight, but have good strength, ductility and workability, making them ideal for structural applications. These characteristics make the A572 relatively simple to shape into different structures, while maintaining the ability to withstand large stresses and loads.

254SMO Stainless Steel Pipe

254SMO is a stainless steel originally used in seawater and other aggressive chloride environments. This grade includes a very high-end austenitic stainless steel; consisting primarily of 17.5 to 18.5 percent nickel, 19.5 and 20.5 percent chromium, 6 to 6.5 percent molybdenum, and. 18 to. 22 percent nitrogen. In this "super austenitic" chemistry, these specific levels of Cr, Ni, Mo and N give the 31254 impact toughness to resist cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion, and almost twice the strength of 300 series stainless steel.

309/309S Stainless Steel Pipe

309 and 309S are austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steels that are typically used for higher temperature applications. Due to its high chromium and nickel content, 309 and 309S alloys have a high degree of corrosion resistance, excellent oxidation resistance and excellent heat resistance, while providing good strength at room temperature and high temperature. The only significant difference between 309 and 309S is the carbon content. The 309S alloy has less carbon, which minimizes carbide precipitation and improves weldability.

444 Stainless Steel Pipe

444 stainless steel is a ferritic stainless steel, the national standard grade is 00 Cr18Mo2, its elements of ultra-low carbon nitrogen, chromium content of 18% and 2% molybdenum content, strong corrosion resistance. This type of stainless steel is usually stabilized by niobium or titanium, which can prevent intergranular corrosion after welding.

440C Stainless Steel Pipe

440C grade stainless steel is a kind of high carbon martensitic stainless steel. High strength, medium corrosion resistance, good hardness and wear resistance. Grade 440C achieves the highest strength, hardness and wear resistance of any stainless steel alloy after heat treatment. Its extremely high carbon content is the reason for these characteristics, which makes the 440C particularly suitable for applications such as ball bearings and valve parts.

439 Stainless Steel Pipe

439 steel is in the ordinary ferrite material (430) on the basis of reducing the content of C, while adding Ti and other stabilizing elements, so that the steel intergranular corrosion resistance, formability and weldability are improved. Compared with the 304 steel, although the elongation is low (about 30%), but the strength, corrosion resistance, and corrosion resistance is better than 200 series materials. stenite grades, and its effective operating range is limited by its ductility loss at sub-zero temperatures and strength loss due to excessive tempering at high temperatures. The best corrosion resistance is obtained when the metal is hardened and subjected to surface grinding or polishing.

420 Stainless Steel Pipe

420 is a hardenable martensitic stainless steel that contains at least 12% chromium, just enough to provide corrosion resistance. It has good ductility in the annealed condition, but can be hardened to a minimum Rockwell hardness of 50 HRC, which is the highest hardness in the 12% chromium scale. Due to its hardening properties, 420 are not often welded, although this is possible. Martensitic stainless steel is designed for high hardness, and sometimes other properties will be affected to a certain extent. The corrosion resistance is lower than that of ordinary austenite grades, and its effective operating range is limited by its ductility loss at sub-zero temperatures and strength loss due to excessive tempering at high temperatures. The best corrosion resistance is obtained when the metal is hardened and subjected to surface grinding or polishing.

416 Stainless Steel Pipe

416 Stainless Steel Pipe Description 416 is a martensitic free-working chromium steel alloy, which is generally considered a first free-working stainless steel. It has the highest machinability of any stainless steel, about 85% of free-machining carbon steel. Martensitic stainless steels are designed to harden by heat treatment and have corrosion resistance. Although the corrosion resistance of 416 alloy and other martensitic stainless steels is not as good as that of austenitic or ferritic stainless steels, it still exhibits good corrosion and oxidation resistance and high strength in hardened and tempered conditions.

410 Stainless Steel Pipe

410 is a basic general-purpose martensitic stainless steel, used for high-stress parts, with good corrosion resistance and high strength and hardness. The alloy 410 contains at least 11.5 percent chromium, which is just enough to exhibit corrosion resistance in mild atmospheres, vapors, and many mild chemical environments. It is a general-purpose grade, usually provided in a hardened but still processable condition, for applications that require high strength, medium heat resistance and corrosion resistance. After the 410 is hardened, tempered and polished, it shows the greatest corrosion resistance.

409 Stainless Steel Pipe

409 is a general purpose chromium, titanium stabilized ferritic stainless steel, its main application is automotive exhaust systems. It contains 11% chromium, which is the lowest amount to form a passive surface film, which makes stainless steel corrosion resistant. It combines good high temperature corrosion resistance, medium strength, good formability and overall cost. Compared with carbon steel, 409 has strong corrosion resistance and is used as a substitute for carbon steel in mildly challenging environments. In this environment, its high resistance to corrosion and high temperature oxidation has advantages. It is usually used in applications where appearance is a secondary quality to mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
