430 stainless steel plate application field:
1, 430 stainless steel is mainly used for building decoration, fuel burner parts, household appliances, home appliance parts.
2, in 430 steel with easy cutting performance of steel 430F, mainly used in automatic lathes, bolts and nuts.
3, add Ti or Nb in 430 steel, reduce C content into 430LX, improve the processing performance and welding performance, mainly used in hot water tanks, heating water systems, sanitary appliances, household durable appliances, bicycle flywheels and so on.
430 stainless steel plate specifications are divided by thickness:
Thin plate: 0.3-4.0mm thick small plate is: 1 m *2 m large plate is 1.22 m *2.44 m
Thick plate: 8-100mm thick can be opened at will
430 stainless steel plate has good thermal conductivity and mechanical properties, building decoration, fuel burner parts, household appliances, home appliance parts and other fields, 430 stainless steel is better.
430 is a ferritic stainless steel, 430 16Cr as a representative of ferritic steel, thermal expansion rate, formability and oxidation resistance. The surface of 430 stainless steel plate adheres to organic juice (such as melons and vegetables, noodle soup, sputum, etc.), which will form organic acids in the case of water oxygen, and over a long time, organic acids will cause certain corrosion on the surface of 430 stainless steel plate. 430 stainless steel surface adhesion contains acid, alkali, salt substances (such as alkaline water and lime water splash when decorating the wall), will cause local corrosion. 430 stainless steel plate in the polluted air (such as containing a large number of sulfide, carbon oxide, nitrogen oxide atmosphere), in the case of condensate, the formation of sulfuric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid liquid point, causing chemical corrosion. These conditions may cause the damage of 430 stainless steel surface protective film, resulting in corrosion. Then take a look at the anti-rust method of 430 stainless steel plate. It is recommended to clean and scrub the surface of 430 stainless steel plate in time to remove attachments and eliminate external factors that cause rust; Choose a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse to place the 430 stainless steel plate.
